I'm Boston Bostian, a psychedelic integration coach. I'm a veteran, a poet, and a previous librarian. I'm queer, and have a special interest in addiction recoveryand in working with those who've experienced military sexual trauma.
I became interested in psychedelic integration coaching after a personal journey. The journey was beautiful and insightful, but after it was over I buckled-down in my usual ways, which weren't working after this experience. In a last-ditch effort to get my feet underneath me, I stopped reaching out to those who could support me and attempted to shut down instead. But I couldn't shut down like I could before, and my world got very dark, very fast. When I reached out again, I was angry and frustrated, but over time I began to open to new ways of welcoming what was being revealed. I found practices that worked well for me. A curiosity began to grow. With more regularity, I began to notice the parts of my life that were beautiful. And I began to wonder how I could support others through their journeys, which led me to psychedelic integration coaching.
I won't tell you what to do. We already have our own answers, it's just that things get unclear. We experience confusion, or doubt. We feel stuck, or anxious, or low. We want clarity and sometimes get it, but when we do, too often it drifts again to the back of our minds.
I'm trained to listen to you deeply, and to ask questions that cause you to pause and reflect - questions that bring your own knowing to the surface. And I'm trained to support you in integrating these insights into your life. I have over 20 years of experience in support roles and capacities.
